Solutions/Products.We have a lot in the works. We have several new products in development, and we will be field testing those soon. Below you will find our Pipe Management Suite. The suite consists of six applications, designed from years of doing things the "old school" way and wanting something better.

Pipe Management Suite

Our Pipe Management Suite consists of six applications (4 fields based/2 office based). The above screenshot shows the process flow for a typical pipeline project. The sixth application (ISOManager) replaces PipeManager on a fabrication only project.
It's a simple process. Field data is gathered with the field-based applications, and that data is then sent to PipeManager for processing. The end result is a close-out/job book that requires far less work than the old-fashioned way of doing things.
You'll probably notice that all of the applications have a similar look and share many of the same buttons/features. That's intentional. We want it to be easy to use and we want to shorten the learning curve. Once you know how a feature works in one application, you'll be that much further ahead when you use on of the other applications.
The software also has an old school look to it. Most of these are tablet based so large buttons and an uncluttered interface make life easier when you're out on a dusty right-of-way.

PipeTracker 3.0
![Picture](/uploads/3/0/3/3/30336459/published/main.png?1715798550)
Our flagship product. PipeTracker has been used to perform pipe tally on numerous projects, mostly in the South Texas heat, since 2014. We recently changed its name from Pipe Tally PRO to PipeTracker, and changed the look a bit, but it's still the easiest method we've found to perform an accurate pipe tally in a timely manner.
It was born out of necessity. Long hours of typing and trying to decipher dirt and coffee-stained paperwork led to its creation. We've updated it a bit over the years, but it remains easy to use.
Life is much easier with PipeTracker. Try it.

MaterialTracker 2.0
![Picture](/uploads/3/0/3/3/30336459/published/main-flanges.png?1715798573)
MaterialTracker was developed to make performing a material inventory easier and to increase accuracy while reducing redundancy (retyping, etc.). We use it to not only inventory our materials but also to help us create a Bill-of-Materials (BOM) at the click of a button. It integrates with ISOMapper and WeldMapper to improve accuracy and speed up the process.
WeldMapper 4.0
![Picture](/uploads/3/0/3/3/30336459/published/main-add-ti-1.png?1715798622)
WeldMapper is the companion product to PipeTracker. After all, the pipe tally is just the first step in the process.
Although we have utilized several versions of WeldMapper on various projects, WeldMapper 4.0 adds new features that make it even more efficient.
Import your pipe tally into WeldMapper (or perform the pipe tally in WeldMapper) and start mapping. Then, export your data (mainline weld map, tie-ins, pups, cuts, etc.) to PipeManager with a few clicks of a button. You're done!

ISOMapper 2.0
![Picture](/uploads/3/0/3/3/30336459/published/main-add-weld-after.png?1715798627)
ISOMapper was born out of a desire to make weld/heat mapping on fabrication a much simpler process. Not only does it allow for quickly adding weld/heat data to the underlying ISO/Drawing, but it also generates a Weld Log and Material Inventory as you map. The end result is a Bill-of-Materials (BOM) and a Weld Log (by ISO) that eliminates the need to redraw hand completed ISOs, build numerous spreadsheets, and waste time on data entry.
PipeManager 2.0
![Picture](/uploads/3/0/3/3/30336459/published/main-intro.png?1715798671)
PipeManager (and ISOManager for fabrication only projects) is the brains behind the whole operation. It's a one stop solution that takes all of that field data and sorts it into its correct spot. It greatly reduces the time needed to track data and provides a simple way to output the data. The list of features is long but, to name a few, it creates embedded PDF documents (reader sheets/MTRs attached to ISO's, etc.). It creates hydro packets with a few button clicks. It also provides tools for breaking out Reader Sheets and MTRs. And it creates KML files and helps maintain documentation for Welders and NDE Technicians. It does way more than that, but these features alone have saved us countless hours of work.
Customization
We obviously designed the Pipe Management Suite to meet our needs, but we feel that it will probably meet your needs as well. Still, we aren't opposed to necessary customizations. Maybe you track something that we don't. Let us know. We can probably change a few fields and/or add a few to make it work for you.
In addition, we are constantly looking at ways to improve all of our products while also maintaining the simplicity that make them fun and easy to use.
