Solutions/Products.We have a lot in the works. We have several new products in development, and we will be field testing those soon. Below you will find our current products. We spent years doing things the "old school" way and we don't plan on going back.

Fabrication Reports Manager/Fabrication Reports
Fabrication Reports Manager (FRM) and its companion Fabrication Reports (FR) were built specifically for fabrication shops.
FRM is a streamlined version of IRM with none of the mainline pipeline relevant features. It focuses only on those tasks needed in a fabrication shop to track progress and create a close out and a Traveler packet.
We've done it the old way, and we prefer the FRM way. No more coffee-stained paperwork. No more spreadsheets. And no more building Weld/Heat maps in a CAD tool and/or a PDF editor.
With FR handling the field work (material inventory, weld/heat mapping) in the shop and FRM processing the work it just makes everything easier.

Progress Tracking/Close Outs/Traveler Packets
Inspection Reports Manager/Inspection Reports
Inspection Reports Manager (IRM) and its companion Inspection Reports (IR) work in unison to track progress and streamline the traceability process on a pipeline project.
It's not just a reporting tool though. It's also a weld mapping and heat mapping machine. It handles pipe tally, tracks pups throughout a project, and allows for the quick production of fabrication weld/heat maps in the field.

Pipe Tally
We did the handwriting on a notepad thing. That was followed by a day of data entry into a spreadsheet. We don't do that anymore. The pipe tally module in IR allows for easy input/output and makes it to where we can instantly know where every joint of pipe is and how much of it was used.
It also tracks pups from the moment they're cut until the end of the job. That, alone, made it worth the effort to build it.

Weld Mapping
As former surveyors, we wanted a weld mapping tool that extended us the same capabilities of a surveyor. That's why we built the weld mapping module in IR. And, if desired, we can even use GPS with it and truly match survey when it comes to mapping a pipeline.
Speaking of mapping, IRM can also calculate Latitude and Longitude along tangents to eliminate having to shoot every weld. And it produces both KML and ESRI Shapefiles during the close out process.

Progress Tracking
IRM includes progress tracking tools to make that daily Chief's Report a quick task rather than something that may carry you through until lunch.
With each download from the field IRM updates progress and displays it in visual charts to make putting together that report quick and easy.

Pricing/Terms
Curious how much it costs to have an accurate, efficient, traceability program? Reach out to us (via the Contact page) and we'll be glad to share our pricing and terms. We're not just handing you software. We're hoping to build a relationship that benefits your company and ours. And, at the end of the day, you probably currently spend more money building close outs than you ever would for a subscription to IRM/IR or FRM/FR.
